Yet, it's still shows well. Definitely no where near a "beater". Most importantly, you can outrun just about anything! Was running constistant 12.6's on street radials with the old motor. THE BAD: It's not perfect. It's not numbers matching. Small stress cracks at bottom of rear sail panels (must look closely). The hood is a skin and only fair fitment. Chunk missing out of pass fender where it mets the door. (see pic) Rear exhaust no longer, so you could glass it up there. Removed antenna & glassed hole has touch up spot paint there but it is still visable. Rear bumperettes have speck sized oxidization spots. No wipers (fair weather car). No fender wells. Paint just o.k. (needs paint) Two Tiny cracks in windhsield (have always been there since I had it) WHAT IT NEEDS: -PAINT not bad but its a "twenty footer" paint. -The interior panels (halo (roof) ,T-tops if you feel the need). -Speedo cable installed (have one new in box) -two inside lock knobs, January 14, 2008. |
